How does one translate a MicroStation location (such as the cursor location) back to screens coords when the setup may have multiple monitors, and the user may have MicroStation configured for more than one screen? For examples, using Win32 api fuctions seem to want "absolute" screen coords, that depend on the number and resolution of the montors present?
